This all-levels practice blends steady, accessible movement with breathwork and long-held stretches—ideal after time on the mountain or a long winter day. Expect a calm, supportive pace and an emphasis on recovery, circulation, and ease.

Following class, the studio naturally shifts into an après-style lounge. A curated DJ set provides warm, groove-forward sound while people linger, connect, or simply rest.

Mocktails and small bites are available for purchase.

If you’re coming from Bridger Bowl, consider making this your first stop before heading fully into town. We’re just off Bridger Bowl Road—an easy place to land while traffic thins and the body unwinds.

Guest Instructor: Margaret Elliot

Margaret Elliott is a highly regarded Montana-based yoga instructor trusted for her clear sequencing, calm presence, and deep understanding of how active bodies recover and adapt. Her background includes handstands, inversions, and acrobatic movement, and she is a recurring cast member at 406Cirque, bringing precision, balance, and body awareness into her teaching.

 

Margaret has taught at established yoga studios in Bozeman and Livingston, and her classes are especially well suited for skiers seeking strength, mobility, and nervous-system reset after long days on the mountain.
